Country singer Morgan Wallen was seen for the first time since his arrest last Sunday, as he stepped out with his ex Katie 'KT' Smith and their son over the weekend.

The Cowgirls hitmaker, 30, and KT, 29, were seen in Nashville, Tennessee, with their three-year-old son Indigo, days after Wallen was arrested for allegedly throwing a chair off the roof of a popular Nashville bar.

The singer sported a casual look, wearing an orange t-shirt, white pants, and Nike sneakers. He completed his outfit with a white hat and sunglasses.

All seemed to be well between him and KT, despite reports that his bar outburst was prompted by her recent elopement with Luke Scornavacco, 22. 

The former pair were seen exiting the same car together, with KT carrying their son in her arms. Meanwhile Morgan was seen holding his son's stuffed teddy bear.

She donned a grey rocker tee for the outing, along with black bell-bottoms and sandals. Her brunette tresses were parted in the middle and cascaded down in loose curls.

Meanwhile little Indigo sported a black t-shirt, black pants and a pair of brown UGG sandals for the outing with his parents. 

Earlier this week it was reported that a riled-up Wallen — who had been reportedly flirting with a woman minutes before his outburst — launched a chair at cops from a rooftop bar after his ex-fiancée secretly eloped.

Eyewitnesses told TMZ Wallen appeared intoxicated and that a member of Wallen's crew ordered patrons not to take pictures. 

Wallen — who is scheduled to appear at Stagecoach later this month, where he is one of the headliners — was released on bond from a Metropolitan Nashville Police Department after hurling the chair from the Chiefs Bar just after 10.45pm on Sunday.

He was charged with three counts of felony reckless endangerment and one count of misdemeanor disorderly conduct, with officers alleging the chair landed three feet from them.

Wallen was upset by his former flame eloping with Scornavacco on April 3 — just five days after they got engaged, DailyMail.com can reveal.

The pair announced the news on her social media with Smith holding up a marriage certificate from the Wilson County Clerk's Office in Tennessee as the two grinned at the camera.

The source added, 'Of course he knew they were engaged and eventually going to get married - but eloping just days after they got engaged?

'Morgan has never gotten over her even though he couldn't stay faithful to her. And now another man is going to be raising his son.

'Whatever happened at that bar had to be reality hitting him in the face over losing the love of his life.'

Wallen also proposed to Smith, with the pair dating on and off from December 2016 to November 2019. They welcomed a son Indigo together in 2020.

The toddler was there to witness his mom get engaged after Scornavacco got on one knee on March 29 at Magnolia Farm in Eagleville, Tennessee.

His former lover shared a series of smitten photographs with her new lover, and defended herself against those online who questioned the speed of their relationship.

She denied that the nuptial were a shotgun wedding, but joked that 'now we're married we can try all we want', on her Instagram story.

KT eloped with Scornavacco on April 3 — just five days after they got engaged

Prior to her new romance, she and Wallen began dating in 2017 and quickly got engaged. The pair ended their engagement before welcoming a child in 2020

Bystanders claimed that the singer laughed after throwing the chair from the top of the roof, and was booked shortly after 12.30am.

Wallen's bond was set at $15,250 and he was spotted being shielded by umbrellas as he was released from Davidson County jail around 3.30am.

MNPD released Wallen's mugshot on Monday morning, showing the country music star with a grin on his face after the alleged drunken escapade.

In a statement his attorney Worrick Robinson said: 'At 10:53 pm Sunday evening Morgan Wallen was arrested in downtown Nashville for reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. He is cooperating fully with authorities.'

The hitmaker is set to appear in court on May 3 – between two scheduled performances at the Nissan Stadium in Nashville from May 2 to May 4 as part of his 'One Night at a Time' Tour.

Wallen could face up to 15 years in jail if he's convicted of the felony charges, and no less than one year.

It is not his first scrape with the law, with Wallen being detained in May 2020 over disorderly conduct at Kid Rock's Honky Tonk bar in downtown Nashville.

The country music star was also arrested at the lower Broadway bar for public intoxication.

He was placed into custody outside Kid Rock's Big Honky Tonk and Steakhouse after reportedly kicking several glass items, according to a Metro Nashville Police Department affidavit.

An officer observed security guards kick Wallen out of the bar due to being disorderly inside.

According to the affidavit, Wallen was given several opportunities by police to walk away with his friends but refused. He was also charged with DUI in 2016 but the case was dismissed.

Footage shows Wallen being arrested by MNPD, and appeared to be shouting at a cop.

Wallen was set to open up his ow bar in 2024 called 'This Bar' in Nashville to pay tribute to his Tennessee roots.

The six-story bar will be located at 107 4th Avenue North on Lower Broadway and is set to be a live music venue and restaurant.
